Cyber Law & Digital Forensics · LL.M. Penn State Law

I believe legal education is most powerful when it solves real problems. My work sits at the intersection of law and technology — researching how digital forensics and cyber law frameworks can be strengthened to meet the realities of modern crime. From founding a national student competition in Uzbekistan to contributing to digitalization at the Ministry of Justice, and pursuing graduate studies at Penn State, each step has been part of a single, deepening focus.
